Service Description
Order Pickup appointments are scheduled to ensure your pickup time is uninterrupted! Glo Skin Studio is by appointment only, meaning we only accept one client at a time. This time is set aside for you in case of any questions or concerns, so that you get the most out of your skinvestments at Glo!
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancelations and reschedules. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in a 50% service charge (deposit). Service deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to reschedules with 24+ hour notice. Glo Skin studio follows a a 10 minute grace period policy to ensure best results. Appointments will be canceled after our 10 minute grace period, resulting in a same-day cancelation service charge (50% deposit). Client Intake Form, available via confirmation email, must be filled out prior to appointment to ensure there are no contraindications. This form only needs to be filled out once, unless medical history changes are made.
