For those who aren't able to make it in for treatments, or those who need a little more guidance.
Service Description
In-person Consultations will map out a plan for which service to start with, along with professional grade skincare recommendations to treat your specific skin concerns! Virtual consults are perfect for those not able to come in for treatments, and can be done via Zoom or Facetime. Virtual Consults will map out a custom professional grade skincare routine tailored to your specific skin concerns, and treatment plan if you're able to come in-person. You will be responsible for purchasing the products separately. Clear pictures must be sent via email or text before consultation appointment. Expect to get your recommendations by the end of day, with links to everything you may need! Virtual Consults will also have access to your esthetician virtually, in case of any questions/concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancelations and reschedules. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in a 50% service charge (deposit). Service deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to reschedules with 24+ hour notice. Glo Skin studio follows a a 10 minute grace period policy to ensure best results. Appointments will be canceled after our 10 minute grace period, resulting in a same-day cancelation service charge (50% deposit). Client Intake Form, available via confirmation email, must be filled out prior to appointment to ensure there are no contraindications. This form only needs to be filled out once, unless medical history changes are made.
